A thrilling, suspenseful story about alternate worlds. In one world, it is bright and happy; in the other, it is dark, gloomy and fog controls your emotion. Emma, Chess, and Finn, with their friend Natalie go back to the world where they were born. They are hoping to save their mom, who has been accused of horrible crimes. Will they be able to save their mom?
This book kept me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. I recommend this book for those who enjoy mystery and suspense. Waiting somewhat patiently for book two as the author ends the book with a cliffhanger.
