Rose Reid, Indigenous Outreach Specialist has posted a new Indigenous Book Review! In this episode she reviews the magazine Red Rising which is available to borrow from our library!
Red Rising is an unfiltered space for Indigenous peoples to tell their stories about what is happening right now, and what is about to happen next, in their lives and communities. The publishers hope to inspire a new generation of Indigenous artists, thinkers, writers, and leaders in the community. Red Rising is volunteer-run and non-profit. The magazine is supported by generous donations from the community and all the proceeds go toward magazine production, education, and outreach and media production.
